Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packing charges as well as carriage. Handling charges are fixed, while carriage costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.
Boxes are of an appropriate size and your items are properly protected.
